Shipments

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We also offer USPS Express shipping upon request. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We do not charge a handling fee nor do we inflate our shipping charges.  The Shipping fees are our best estimate of the lowest possible rate that the United States Postal Service accepts based upon destination and weight and size of the items being shipped.

We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile items during transit.  We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit but please let us know and we'll see what we can do.  We automatically insure Express orders and orders over $100.

Returns and Exchanges will be Accepted within 30 days of the time of Purchase

Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and unused merchandise in like-new condition, in the original packaging and mail the package back (paid by customer) to the address below.  It is recommended that you have the package tracked to ensure it reaches its destination.

A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges. Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange. We will refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. If you are making an exchange, please make sure to clearly indicate the item you wish to receive in place of the returned merchandise, including full product name, and item number. We may contact you if there are any questions regarding the item you wish to receive. Upon exchange we will refund the value of the item returned including tax if the total is more than the item you are receiving in exchange. For exchanged merchandise that costs more, your credit card will be charged for the difference. We are sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.

 

All sales on discounted or "sale" items are final.
